The front entrance fund is used to make landscape enhancements including lawn, tree, and bush maintenance, irrigation and electrical needs, upgrading the front entrance sign and installation of plants, flowers, and pine straw. Long range plans also include power washing and painting of the fence, additional ground lighting, irrigation system improvement, and replacement of trees as needed.

A letter is sent to all neighborhood residents each June and each resident may choose the level of support they choose to give. Any amount is appreciated. Typical annual contributions range from $50-$100 per household.
